AWP Reading with Grist

March 14, 2018March 14, 2018 / andrewgretes / Leave a comment

Honored to be a part of the “Tennessee in Tampa” AWP reading this year! Thanks to Grist, Zone 3, and Nashville Review for putting on the event, and thanks to everyone who came out and braved the frigid (?!) Tampa weather. I read from a story titled “Transformations,” which is published in Issue #11 of Grist. You can check out the piece below:

Language in Trenches

September 12, 2017September 12, 2017 / andrewgretes / Leave a comment

Excited to have a new story out with Booth! The story, titled “Language in Trenches,” is an attempt to imagine Ludwig Wittgenstein’s experience on the Italian Front during World War 1.

You can read the story here: “Language in Trenches”
